Hi there! I’m Hannah, a 20-something on a journey to live my best, healthiest life—and it’s been quite the transformation. Once upon a time, my “meals” were Goldfish crackers and Pop-Tarts (who can relate?!). But after my body started rejecting just about everything and I faced major gut and acne issues, I knew something had to change.
Dealing with these challenges wasn’t easy, but it taught me an incredible lesson: food is powerful medicine. After years of trial, error, and research, I discovered that nourishing my body with wholesome, clean foods could truly heal from the inside out.
Now, I’m here to share everything I’ve learned—and all my favorite recipes—with you! From gluten-free and dairy-free to sugar-free and nut-free, I create meals that are comforting, satisfying, and absolutely delicious. Let’s redefine comfort food and feel amazing while doing it!
