Today I was laying outside in the warm sun, and all I was thinking was, “I could really use a healthy, protein smoothie”. 

So I got my behind inside and blended up a YUMMY mixed berry smoothie and gave half of it to my sister!

We relaxed in the hot, high 80s weather and had our smoothies to cool us off.

I start with this because smoothes are the PERFECT healthy snack to have during the summer time.
