Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup shelled edamame
  • ½ cup shredded cabbage
  • ½ cup julienned carrots
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • Dressing: 1 tbsp soy sauce gluten-free, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, a sprinkle of sesame oil

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine edamame, cabbage, carrots, and sesame seeds.
  • Drizzle with dressing and toss to coat.
