Ingredients for Soup
- 2 cans 28 oz crushed tomatoes (gluten-free)
- 1 cup vegetable broth gluten-free
- 1/4 cup coconut cream or dairy-free milk
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Ingredients for Grilled Cheese
- 8 slices gluten-free bread
- 4 slices dairy-free cheese or regular if you prefer
- 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
Ingredients for Soup
