  • 1 cup vegetable broth gluten-free
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream or dairy-free milk
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 8 slices gluten-free bread
  • 4 slices dairy-free cheese or regular if you prefer
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
