  • 1 head of cauliflower chopped
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 4 cups gluten-free vegetable broth
  • 1 can coconut milk

  • In a large pot, add cauliflower, broccoli, and broth; bring to a boil.
  • Reduce to a simmer and cook for 30 minutes.
  • Blend until smooth, add coconut milk, and season to taste.
