Crispy Chickpea and Cucumber Wraps
These wraps combine crunchy chickpeas with refreshing cucumbers and a creamy tahini dressing for a flavorful, filling meal.

- 1 cup chickpeas rinsed and dried
- 1 cucumber thinly sliced
- 3 gluten-free wraps
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt pepper, and paprika to taste
- 1 tbsp tahini mixed with 1 tbsp lemon juice for dressing
Sauté chickpeas in olive oil with salt, pepper, and paprika until crispy.
Spread tahini dressing on each wrap.
Add chickpeas and cucumber slices, then roll and serve.
