Garlic Roasted Green Beans

Fresh green beans roasted with olive oil, garlic, and a sprinkle of sea salt. You can also toss them with sliced almonds for a bit of crunch.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb fresh green beans trimmed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: sliced almonds for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss green beans with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread them on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes, until tender and slightly crispy.
  4. Garnish with toasted almonds if desired.
