Gluten-Free Beef & Broccoli (Batch Cooking)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb flank steak thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup tamari sauce gluten-free soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  • Add steak strips and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  • Remove the steak and set aside.
  • Add broccoli florets to the same pan and cook until tender (about 5 minutes).
  • Return the steak to the pan and add tamari sauce and garlic powder.
  • Toss everything together and portion into containers for easy meal prep.
