Gluten-Free Beef Chili

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can kidney beans, rinsed (15 oz)
  • 1 can black beans, rinsed (15 oz)
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1 green bell pepper diced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Brown the ground beef on the stovetop, then add to the Crockpot.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients and stir.
  3. Cook on low for 8 hours.
  4. Serve warm with your favorite toppings!
