Gluten-Free Chicken Tortilla Soup

- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can diced green chiles
- 1 small onion diced
- 4 cups gluten-free chicken broth
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup frozen corn optional
Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the Crockpot.
Add all other ingredients on top, stirring to combine.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
Remove chicken, shred with a fork, and return it to the pot.
Serve hot with gluten-free tortilla chips, avocado slices, and fresh cilantro!
