  • 6 medium apples peeled and sliced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Toss apple slices with lemon juice and spread evenly in a baking dish.
  • In a bowl, combine gluten-free oats, almond flour, maple syrup, coconut oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
