Ingredients
  

For the Dough
  • All-Purpose Flour
  • Instant Yeast
  • Granulated Sugar
  • Milk
  • Butter
  • Eggs
  • Salt
For the Filling
  • Brown Sugar
  • Ground Cinnamon
  • Butter
For the Frosting
  • Cream Cheese
  • Powdered Sugar
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Milk

Method
 

  1. Prepare the Dough – Warm the milk and mix it with yeast and sugar. Let it sit until foamy.
  2. Mix the Dough – Add melted butter, eggs, flour, and salt. Knead using a stand mixer until smooth.
  3. Let It Rise – Cover the dough and let it double in size (about an hour).
  4. Roll Out the Dough – Roll into a rectangle and spread with melted butter.
  5. Make the Filling – Mix brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle evenly over the buttered dough.
  6. Roll & Cut – Roll the dough into a log and cut into even slices.
  7. Bake – Place rolls in a greased baking dish and bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
  8. Frost & Serve – Spread cream cheese frosting over warm rolls and enjoy!
