Maple Roasted Carrots

Whole roasted carrots glazed with pure maple syrup, a dash of cinnamon, and sea salt. Roasting enhances their natural sweetness while keeping the dish light and healthy.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb whole carrots peeled
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Toss carrots with olive oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread them on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, until tender and caramelized.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
