Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, cheese, and vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour mixture into a greased mini muffin tin.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until set.
