Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or Swiss
  • 1 cup chopped vegetables spinach, bell peppers, onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, cheese, and vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Pour mixture into a greased mini muffin tin.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, until set.
