Ingredients
  

  • 1 can pumpkin puree
  • 1 can chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. In a large pot, combine all ingredients.
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes.
  3. Stir, season to taste, and serve warm.
