- 1 cup spinach fresh or frozen 🌿
- ½ cucumber peeled for smoother texture 🥒
- 1 green apple cored and chopped, leave the skin on for extra fiber 🍏
- ½ lemon juice only 🍋
- 1- inch piece of fresh ginger peeled, or use ½ tsp ground ginger 🌱
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds 🌼
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley optional but highly recommended 🌿
- 1 cup coconut water 🥥
Optional Boosters:
- ½ teaspoon spirulina for a deep detox and energy boost 🌀
- 1 scoop of collagen peptides for glowing skin and strong hair!
Throw all the ingredients into your blender. (Tip: If you’re using frozen spinach or cucumber, you won’t need ice cubes to keep it cold!)
