Quick, easy, and so nourishing—this low-calorie smoothie is the perfect meal replacement smoothie when you’re on the go or need something light and energizing to fuel your day!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup spinach fresh or frozen 🌿
  • ½ cucumber peeled for smoother texture 🥒
  • 1 green apple cored and chopped, leave the skin on for extra fiber 🍏
  • ½ lemon juice only 🍋
  • 1- inch piece of fresh ginger peeled, or use ½ tsp ground ginger 🌱
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds 🌼
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley optional but highly recommended 🌿
  • 1 cup coconut water 🥥
Optional Boosters:
  • ½ teaspoon spirulina for a deep detox and energy boost 🌀
  • 1 scoop of collagen peptides for glowing skin and strong hair!

Method
 

  1. Throw all the ingredients into your blender. (Tip: If you’re using frozen spinach or cucumber, you won’t need ice cubes to keep it cold!)
  2. Blend on high for about 1 minute or until completely smooth. You don’t want any chunks, just that creamy goodness.
  3. Pour into your favorite smoothie glass, sprinkle a few extra chia seeds on top if you’re feeling fancy, and enjoy your healthy New Year vibes! 🍹✨
