mini bell peppers

cream cheese

shredded cheddar cheese

chopped fresh chives
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut the tops off the mini bell peppers and remove the seeds.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chives, salt, and pepper.
Stuff each pepper with the cheese mixture.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, until peppers are tender.
