Ingredients
  

  • 12 large mushrooms stems removed
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix cream cheese, Parmesan, and parsley in a bowl.
  3. Stuff each mushroom cap with the mixture.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, until mushrooms are tender.
