Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Form into meatballs.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes, until cooked through.
